At PAC Psych, we want you to feel informed and empowered about the financial side of care—from your first inquiry to every session.

Do You Accept Insurance?

No. PAC Psych is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly.

How Out-of-Network Reimbursement Works

  • Private Pay

    Fees are paid in full at the time of each session by cash, check, or credit card.

  • Superbill Provided

    We provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Reimbursement

    Many families receive partial reimbursement directly from their insurer, depending on their plan’s coverage. Amounts vary—please check with your provider for details.

How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits

Call your insurance company and ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
  • What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
  • Is there a deductible, and has it been met?
  • Are there limits on the number of sessions or types of service covered?
  • What documentation is required for reimbursement?
  • How much do you cover for the following billing codes? 90834 for a 45-minute session and 90791 for an intake.

Session fees vary based on clinician and service type. We will review all fees and policies with you before your first appointment. For current rates or a fee schedule, please contact us directly.

Special Considerations

Trauma-Focused Therapy

If your child is receiving trauma-focused therapy related to a crime and a police report is on file, you may be eligible for additional funding through the New York State Crime Victims Board.
